Three Myanmar workers at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport in Ethiopia
In recent years, as the domestic wage level continues to rise, the cost of employing Chinese workers for “going global” enterprises has gradually increased, and more and more enterprises are beginning to employ third-country workers. Weihai Vanfon Manpower Cooperation Co., Ltd is committed to providing human recources services of Chinese workers, local workers as well as third-country workers for “going global” enterprises. In January 2023, Vanfon Manpower reached an agreement with a mining service company in DR Congo to recruit and dispatch some technical workers from Myanmar. Up to now, more than 40 people have been interviewed and selected, and three people have been successfully dispatched abroad. The company will arrange a staff to accompany the three Myanmar workers to participate in the pre-job training organized by the employer, help them integrate into the overseas work as soon as possible, and ensure to provide high-quality services .
The successful deployment of Myanmar workers has opened a new chapter in the development of the third-country labor service business and provided a new momentum for the development of the company’s manpower service.
